Physicians 

Dr. David Brownstein, the medical director of the Center for Holistic Medicine, received a B.S. degree from the University of Michigan. He obtained an M.D. degree from Wayne State University in 1989. He completed a Family Practice residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan, and is board certified in Family Practice. Dr. Brownstein has practiced holistic medicine for 12 years and specializes in the use of vitamins, minerals, herbs and natural hormones. In addition, Dr. Brownstein utilizes applied kinesiology, acupuncture and nutritional therapies in his practice. He is a member of the American College for the Advancement in Medicine. He is active in numerous holistic organizations, and he has lectured internationally about his success with using natural items. Dr. Richard Ng received his M.D. degree from Wayne State University. He completed a Family Practice residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan and is board certified in Family Practice. He also holds a certificate of added qualification in sports medicine. In addition, Dr. Ng has studied acupuncture and nutritional medicine. His practice emphasizes the use of vitamins, herbs and natural hormones. Dr. Ng also advises individuals on strengthening and conditioning.

Dr. Jeffrey Nusbaum received both his bachelor's degree and M.D. degree from Wayne State University. He is board certified in Family Practice, having completed his residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan. Dr. Nusbaum is a member of the American College for the Advancement in Medicine (a not-for-profit medical society dedicated to educating physicians and other health care professionals on the latest findings and emerging procedures in preventive/nutritional medicine). Additionally, he is a member of the Broda O. Barnes, M.D. Research Foundation (an organization dedicated to educational research and training in the fields of thyroid and other hormonal imbalances). Dr. Nusbaum has completed special training in nutritional therapies, Applied Kinesiology, Natural Hormonal Balancing, Korean Hand Acupuncture and Hypnotherapy. He has lectured extensively on holistic treatment approaches for a variety of medical conditions. In his practice, he specializes in the use of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, systemic enzymes, herbs and bioidentical hormones.
